Luxabybaby.com ships UPS to all 50 United States. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. To view current UPS shipping rates, visit UPS at http://www.ups.com. Shipping costs include a $3 handling charge.

We offer the following shipping options:

Ground Shipping: 7-10 days

Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received.

2-Day Air: 2-4 days

Orders shipping UPS 2-day air will be delivered 2 days after we process them. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. Please contact us if you would like to exchange or return an item.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.

Unused items can be returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Customers may select store credit or a credit card refung. All refunds and credits will be issued to your card once we receive the returned items.
